 Real estate has long been Ryan Dosch's passion and profession. He loves sharing his enthusiasm and experience with others, while helping them to meet their investment goals.  Ryan and his family has been investing and managing residential and commercial real estate in the Seattle area for over three decades. He has been an owner and manager of single-family, multi-family and retail properties since 2004, plus worked for many years in the construction industry rehabilitating properties and managing residential construction projects.  His extensive experience has given Ryan a wealth of knowledge and analytical insight that is invaluable to his clients.  He treats his clients assets as if they were his own and strives to provide every owner and investor with the highest level of service and attention to detail.  Ryan is an Accredited Residential Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
